Our nicopod products are exempt from being returned as they are perishable goods. Once an order has been made it cannot be cancelled when it has been dispatched, therefore we ask you to please read the product description thoroughly to ensure your choosing the right products.
If products have arrived damaged, we have the right to ask for proof via photograph or return it so we can see if you are eligible for a refund or a replacement. If proof is not provided or returned you will not be eligible for a refund, or a replacement.
We are not responsible for lost packages once it has been sent off, or errors with your delivery address.
When shopping online you have a right to a “Cooling off period”. The statutory minimum for a cooling–off period that a seller must offer you is 14 days in the EU (Consumer Contacts Regulations), and 30 days in the UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015) where you can withdraw and return the products to the seller. Perishable goods are not covered by the “Cooling off period”, as they may not last as long as the stated 14-day or 30-day threshold.
